Coca Cola Chicken

ingredients

  • 3–4 lbs skinless, bone-in chicken (or 2 lbs boneless)
  • 1 can Coca-Cola
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp minced ginger

directions

  1. Brown chicken in a little oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat is fall-apart tender.
  3. Serve over rice or in buns.

It tastes kind of like an asian sweet barbecue sauce. Surprisingly yummy!
