Coca Cola Chicken

ingredients
- 3–4 lbs skinless, bone-in chicken (or 2 lbs boneless)
- 1 can Coca-Cola
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp minced ginger
directions
- Brown chicken in a little oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat is fall-apart tender.
- Serve over rice or in buns.
It tastes kind of like an asian sweet barbecue sauce. Surprisingly yummy!
